How To Apply

The Department currently requests applications by issuing technology specific solicitations. Once a solicitation is issued, project sponsors have a defined amount of time to respond before the solicitation closing date. Project sponsors are encouraged to thoroughly review the solicitation before deciding to apply.

In order to understand the elements of a Title XVII Loan Guarantee Application, interested parties are encouraged to review section 609.6 of the Final Rule.
